If you find a manufacturing or delivery defect after delivery, please don't worry.

We guarantee quick and effective problem solving.

To speed up the process, we invite you to send defect photos to our email address [email protected] or using e-return application form on our website PRODUCT RETURNS.

You have the right to return the purchased item within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving it.

The paid sum will be fully compensated.

To make a product return, please follow these criteria:

• The product has to be in its original packaging.
• The product shouldn't be damaged due to your fault.

If you return the item because of a quality defect, we will replace it or reimburse the amount spent in full. Product returns should be made to our warehouse at Valmieras street 2, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia.

Money.back will occur within 10 working days or at another time period, agreed in advance.

24 Month quality warranty

Each product details are described on our website, and they have a 24 month manufacturer's warranty.

Please make sure of the quality and conformity to the specified parameters before assembling the furniture.

Warranty conditions:

• Assembly must be done according to instructions.
• The product was used for its intended purpose and was properly maintained.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused due to your fault or external conditions.

Loss of warranty cases:

• If assembly instructions were not followed.
• If the product is damaged due to your fault.
• If the product is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
