In addition to the old, good durability tests with mechanical pressure against the back, seat and leg, we have also installed our devices to attack the recliner chair from any angle.
Armrests are subjected to a 60 kg pressure, approximately 20,000 times. Then we drop a 120 kg heavy bag onto the seat and check the reclining mechanism with a strong wire, pulling it back with 40 kg of pressure - about 100,000 times.
From time to time, we also randomly select a chair from the existing assembly line to ensure that its quality does not drop over time.
