Extended warranty offer:
Warranty extension: The extended warranty provides an opportunity to extend the warranty service term for purchased goods for an additional 1 to 3 years. The standard furniture warranty is 2 years, but with an additional warranty, it can be extended up to 5 years.
Single use: The extended warranty is for one-time use and remains in effect until its expiration date.
Issuance at the time of purchase: The extended warranty can only be issued at the time of purchase.
Start of the warranty period: It comes into effect after the end of the standard warranty period (24 months) specified in the Consumer Rights Protection Law and does not affect the legal rights of the buyer.
Package conditions:
- Presentation of documentation: To receive warranty service, a purchase confirmation (check, delivery note or other transaction certifying document) must be presented, proving both the purchase of the goods and the acquisition of the extended warranty certificate.
Services provided under the extended warranty:
Free repair: One-time free repair if a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or damage that can be corrected at the service center.
Free furniture relocation: One-time master's visit or furniture relocation to/from the service center if the weight of the goods exceeds 25 kg.
Product exchange or compensation: If repair is not possible or the costs are disproportionate, the product is replaced or compensated in the form of a gift card. In such cases, the 24-month warranty period stipulated in the Consumer Rights Protection Law does not renew.
The extended warranty services do not cover:
Consumer goods and wear parts: Batteries, cartridges, filters, bulbs, and other wear parts.
Natural wear and tear and insignificant defects: For example, defects that do not affect the operation or safety of the product.
External factors and damage from incorrect use: Includes damage from fire, water, sand, as well as damage caused by non-compliance with the conditions of use or storage.
Consequences of unauthorized repairs and commercial use: Damages resulting from unauthorized repairs or the use of the product for profit or other commercial activity.
Important: The extended warranty is a one-time service and it is not renewed after the product has been repaired or exchanged.
