A showroom visit is more useful when you know your room measurements and intended use. Contact the shop before travelling to confirm which models and configurations are on display; a catalogue listing does not guarantee a showroom sample.
Compare under the same conditions
Bring a floor plan and a short requirements list. Try the same positions on each sofa and record your impressions afterwards. If you need an everyday bed, ask for an opening demonstration and lie down; seating comfort alone does not establish sleeping comfort.
A practical check before choosing
- Compare seat depth, back support and ease of standing up.
- With permission, photograph the chosen fabric code and model configuration.
- Before ordering, check that the tested version matches the quotation.
Specific examples from our catalogue
ELBEKO
The two-seat ELBEKO catalogue specifies a 200 × 140 cm sleeping surface. Overall width with arms A/B/C is 197/207/182 cm. The small two-seat version is a different configuration with a 200 × 120 cm sleeping surface. A 14 cm mattress is described; confirm the selected specification in your order.

BAHAMA
The two-seat modular BAHAMA is listed at 226 × 105 × 73 cm; the description gives 86 cm height with the high back cushion. The 105 cm figure is overall depth, not automatically usable seat depth. Confirm the back-cushion version in your chosen configuration.

A common buying question
Is a quick sit enough?
It gives a first impression but does not cover the whole use case. Try reading, lounging and, where relevant, sleeping positions, along with the mechanism you need.
Your next step
Compare the models and save the configurations that suit your room. Send a floor plan and your intended use to our adviser to clarify dimensions, fabric and exactly what your order includes.
